Summary:
Delivered to a prominent client in the global consulting sector, this project centered on developing a comprehensive SharePoint portal to encompass all facets of Microsoft migration, Product Training, Resources, News, Events, and Governance to increase employee engagement and productivity.
The project kicked off with an extensive research phase, including multiple discovery workshops, aimed at grasping the business stakeholders' objectives and challenges. We collaborated with users throughout the firm to understand their needs and identify desired improvements.
Following this, we devised a detailed information architecture, content mapping, wireflows and visual design. These efforts were elevated by a fully functional prototype, which underwent user testing to ensure its impact, engement level and user-centric design.
