

Summary:
Our client for this interesting project focused on the development and management of charitable lotteries for established and influential charities. Their biggest lotteries include the Princess Margaret Lottery and the SickKids lottery.
Our goal was to modernize the buy lotto flow design to sell home lottery (along with add-ons and membership) for enhnanced usability and higher conversion rates. Business goal was to run over 20 lotteries by the end of one year and manage this with their own team using Salesforce Commerce and Experience Cloud.
